Solved windows 7 exits from full screen on anything

When watching videos or playing games fullscreen it will leave to desktop or when typing stop typing. I've tried everything my drivers are up to date everything. Is there a program that is taking priority over everything else. If anyone could help that would be awesome!

How much RAM do you have?
Do you have a good video card?
Also how hot is your computer?

one program was taking priority over all the others it was a cpu temp. tracking one.
