windows 7 explorer reboot loop

Did the SF scannow nothing wrong don't have the original CD or any system restore points to go back to I have looked at so many of these forums and still can figure it out also did the clean start up didn't work and I don't have the problem in safe mode plz help me thank you

The latter can be done in Safe mode w/ networking.
