Solved Windows (7) failed to start

Upon starting my Acer Aspire laptop I get the message "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause."

It gives me two options, option 1: Launch Startup repair and option 2: Start windows normally.

Startup repair never has any progress and windows fails to start normally.

This all happened after accidentally letting registrybooster or something have access to change my computer, it froze, so I shut it down and now I have this message, if anyone could help that'd be great!

This didnt work, it pops up with a message saying that it failed and no changes to any files were made, What else can I do?

I ended up launching in in safe mode, un-installing the registry booster and it ended up being FIXED!!!
