Windows 7 failure!!!!1

I have a very serious problem with my pc. The problem is that i get this "Windows fail to start" then like every time i try to run automatically fix startup problem but after that it comes alright. Then after every two days i get this problem again. I have even format my computer and install a new windows 7 ultimate x64bit. But the problem is still here........................:cry:

Can someone help?????
