Hello Users, how can i format my windows to install a fresh Windows 7 and use the product key of the bottom of my notebook?

[1] Have you got a recovery [Factory Reset] partition?
[2] If not, have you got an installation DVD/USB?

i have Recovery CD`s but i do not remember if it is this laptops or my old one! and no i do not have any installation DVD or USB ready!
