Solved Windows 7 Freezes constantly

Hello,

I'm recently experiencing constant freezes, almost like every 10 minutes.
I've tried setting to Disabled/off the power options with High performance profile to no avail, also read somewhere that Deamon Tools could cause this so I unninstalled it and deleted the sptd.sys file with the DuplexSecure tool, still the freezes appear randomly.

I also disabled my A: device (usb, SD/MMC, MS/Pro/Duo, CF/Microdrive).
Unpluged the DVD/CD unit.
Disabled AMD HighDefinition Device, read in the AMD forums that causes overloading when you already have another Audio device running.
Unninstalled Gamebooster.
Reinstalled ATI graphics driver, had 11.6, currently using 11.5 with no success.
Ran a MalwareBytes scan with no errors/infections whatsoever.
Tried system restore point couple times but the freezes show up eventually.
Ran Registry Cleaners with CCleaner and COMODO

So I'm here scratching my head thinking about more things I could do to prevent this but I've got anything else, so please help me out with this

Attaching System Health Report and Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2, everything it's in Spanish so bear with me please

I decided to install Microsoft Security Essentials and it has detected the trojan Meredrop. I also reinstalled ATI 11.6 drivers, cleaning up the registry in Safe mode with Driver Sweeper.

Thanks boohbah for your interest,

I downloaded the x64 version but when double clicking on the item a pop up appears saying this update isnt applicable to this machine.

EDIT: Will try the other two now..

EDIT2: None of them are applicable...

During the past few days after MS Essentials detected and eliminated the trojan Meredrop, freezes episodes occur almost..never.
It only happened once so far... but I've been using the computer quite a lot these days and I'm glad I'm not having to wait every 10 minutes because of the freezes.

@bog819 Have u run a MBAM scan? or an antivirus scan?

EDIT 1: did a mbam scan found two trojan downloaders, removed them

Well its been a few days since I had this problem going and I can confirm now (hopefully) that the cause of the random freezes was that trojan that MSE removed :)
