Solved Windows 7 gets stuck at boot screen

A Few Weeks Ago, my computer started getting stuck at the windows 7 boot screen. But some times windows works , some times not.
Some days later, i can't start windows normally, it stucks every time I turned it on, so i tried to turn on in safe mode to see what was appening. I turned off all services and programs in msconfig, but still doesen't working.
I Dicided to format my partitions and reinstall windows. It Turned On At The First Time But after i turned it off it gets stuck again, so i don't know what i have to do

Sounds like a failing hdd to me do you have a spare you can use ?

If you didn't Hide all MS Services before unchecking them all in msconfig, then you'll need to boot into Win7 System Recovery Options to run a System Restore to earliest possible date.

Everything else that can be done to start Win7 and check over it's boot problems is in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Yes, it may be a hdd problem
My Friend Had A similar or the same problem and she bought a new one
But I Posted in a forum cause i dont know if it was another problem
