Solved Windows 7 hacked version

Dear friends
I was in need of win 7 I borrowd it frm some one as I had my windows 7 genuine key but to my surprise when I tried to run the setup it did not asked product key just installed now when I connect to internet and try any website such as Google it's not opening instead giving invalid certificate error from chrome and when I tried ie browser it's opening in insecure mode plz suggest me right now I don't have any other option as I'm in a remote location

No doubt the Disc you Installed from is corrupt ...

Make sure date , time and time zone settings on your computer is accurate....
