windows 7 hang on launching setup

i have build a new pc buth when i enter a self made bootable cd he launches after windows is loading filles i get a green lauding thing after that black screen

spec intel pentium quad core nvidea geforce 7300 le motherboard of gigabite with 1 gb ram :cry::cry:
