Windows 7 hang on shutting down and shows Driver Power failure error
My very recently purchased laptop hp dv6 was showing some problems. It would get stuck at the shutdown screen and then after extended span of time I had to press and hold power key to turn it off.It doesnt happen everytime i shut down but sometimes it stucks on Windows 7 shutting down screen and displays this error on blue screen after period of time.plz help.is this a hardware problem?

my usb selective suspend is enabled,,,,am i supposed to disable it to resolve the issue?

it didnot work,,,,,is this may be a hardware problem? what hardware can be doing this issue,just tell me is this a serious problem and cant be solved,my laptop is under warranty so that i should concern them,,,do u think hardware problem can be doing this? thankyou

Run the SF Diag tool again so we can get all the crash files. Just the dump file by itself is not good enough to determine the problem.
