Windows 7 has dumped all my user infor!

Thunderbird, Firefox, and all my other programs have lost all my info. Bookmarks, address books, log in info in programs like OpenOffice all think I am a new user. I did run a scan with Malwarebytes and cleaned out many files one being Sweetpacks. If I make any new bookmarks they are gone the next time I boot FF up. Any Ideas?
