I was installing Windows 7 Ultimate on my toshiba laptop, and during the finalizing your settings screen it froze, and had to shut it down with power button, after i turned it on it went straight to desktop, like it finished installing, and now i dont have any usb drivers(it wont recognize usb sticks), and wont open cd/dvd, and i dont have network drivers to connect do internet. What to do? PLEASE HELP

Hello djdanilo and welcome to Seven Forums.

Since this is a brand new clean install, and assuming you were using a legitimate Ultimate installation disk, you could try doing a Repair Install. It will probably be faster than doing another Clean Install.

If the Repair Install doesn't fix things for you, I'd go ahead and try another Clean Install. It's possible the first attempt had a hiccup or glitch (power spike, dirty install disk, etc.) This is assuming that you don't have any hardware issues like a failing hard drive, bad RAM, etc. Here's a couple of tutorials that should help.
