Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit Standard Color Scheme

Good Day to all.

My problem is that my window 7 standard color scheme is gone, after I install, Uxtheme, personalization panel, aero enabler, xvi32.exe and unlocker...I install to it hoping that I get an Aero theme in my Home Basic but after I install all of it...my windows 7 color scheme became windows 7 basic theme and the standard color scheme is gone....i tried all of the sokutions that ive read here and in other forums but still no luck...BTW I also tried to system restore but it didnt worked...

Welcome to the Seven Forums

First thing you need to do is uninstall Uxtheme, personalization panel, aero enabler, xvi32.exe and unlocker
Then do Option 2 of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to do this up to three times with a reboot after each scan.

Let us know if this helped at all.
If and when you get it back to normal try using this to get your Personalization panel in home basic this is a newer version 1.4 http://shikharev.deviantart.com/art/Aero-Patch-W7Starter-and-Basic-v1-4-313329557? that is all you need to install it will do the patching for you so you can use custom themes.

Don't be scared, I tried that one on a Windows 7 home basic in VMware and it worked perfectly.
