You said Refurb PC, does it have product key sticker on machine? desktop usually on left side bottom. laptop usually on bottom or inside battery compartment.

You can enter this in elevated command prompt 3 times total, which has not been done yet according to MBADiaglog, but it's a temporary fix and resets the trial period.
