Windows 7 Home Premium K in English?

Hi all, I have a quick question

I am buying a computer without an OS installed beforehand, so I am planning to buy a separate CD for it. However, I am currently living in Korea where only the Korean version of Windows 7 is available ("Windows 7 Home K"). Is it possible, when installing, to set the OS language as English? If not, how would I go about changing the language to English?

I know Windows 7 Ultimate features a language switcher but I'd rather not feel ripped off by buying a "better" and more expensive OS with extra features I have absolutely no need for.

Can't you buy a US version from the internet? Newegg, TigerDirect, Amazon?

Well that's why I'm asking. If I know Windows K supports an English installation I'd have no need for the English Windows 7, as I could get the K version quicker and without international shipping.

Not that I'd mind too much, but I just wanna know.

The Korean version of Windows does not support an English install.

I can only assume that's because of the political situation in North and South Korea.

I'm afraid you'll have to buy an English version of Windows or go for a Windows Anytime Upgrade to Ultimate.

Just be careful if you use Amazon or eBay.

Scammers sell a cheap version of Windows along with an MSDN product key that is about to expire or has already done so.

If the deal looks too good to be true, it usually is.
