Windows 7 inplace upgrade compliance check error

Unfortunately, frezees still occur and in place upgrade gave same error. Snick any ideas ? What should be the problem ? Corrupted files are fixed

I know what needs to be fixed; currently beyond my knowledge as to the exact how procedure.
