BFK it's totally okay that you had to go to bed! LOL i got through the step two last night once i figured out that i needed to skip the first part of step 2 LOL... which was what i was trying to get the other person to answer but he never did... so i ended up having to repeat the process a couple times, talk about frustrating BUT i am back on track and ready to install windows 7

I'm not at that screen yet, i'm at the where do you want to install windows disk 0 partition 1: windows 7 or disck 0 unallocated space?

partition 1 do not format just click next

So i chose the windows 7 and its installing it there does this automatically put it to the c drive? or did i need to select this manually?

It will be C: by default, then we'll create another partition after the installation is complete.

It'll only take about 15 minutes, don't be concerned when it restarts, that's normal.

Be sure to use a password that you can remember, Windows 7 is not happy when no password is not used at all.

I did reply with exactly what you needed:

I understand the tutorial is confusing in that partitioning section.

Type: create partition primary size=102400

select partition 1

format fs=ntfs label="Windows 7"

active

Exit

Close Command Box, click Next on Language screen, Install Now, select partition you created for install, Next to begin install.

Clean Install Windows 7

oh i always use a password, i am done with this part now. I have unchecked the box and did NOT put the activation code in and hit next.

   Note

In the Windows start menu right click computer and click manage, in the left pane of the "Computer Management" window that opens click disk management and post a snip of that.

i would first need to install the internet cd and all that first to provide a screen shot right? cause i'm using my laptop to communicate and i'm working on the desktop... can i download the cd from my ISP provider? if so where do i download it to so i can send you the screen shot?

Windows 7 is pretty-much driver complete and you should have internet now, give it a try.
