Windows 7 Install with Windows Explorer not working?

I have this problem since i "hacked" the Registry and I can't reinstall windows 7 at all.
No Yahoo ID this time, i just want to have my PC running.... Please help me...
How do I reinstall Windows 7 if Windows Explorer refuse to help me?
I know that this site will help me ...
I hope so...

Problem:no options to install Windows 7

Hi again,
I try to reinstall Windows 7, When the DVD boots i only have the blue screen of the background but i have no options to continue the installations (options like "Select a language " or "Install" or any other options) ... just a blue background screen with no options.
Help me please...

You need to boot the DVD and not run it from the HD. How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD

Once you set DVD drive to boot first in BIOS setup and save the settings, restart the computer with DVD in drive. Are you given the prompt to "Press any key to boot DVD?" If not, confirm the ISO source and burn another DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify. Or write the ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3, then boot it under USB or HD's.
