Windows 7 Installation Error

Hi guys , I've decided to format my OS because i had some problems with BSOD's . Anyways on hard disk selection screen , an error showed up , i'll tell you exactly what it said :
Failed to create a new partition on the selected unused space.[Error:0x8004240f].
That's what it said . I don't know what caused it but after i deleted that partition , i couldn't just make a new one it kept giving me this error . Any help is appreciated .
