windows 7 installation error

hi guys i'm christopher

i try installing windows 7 ultimate on my laptop(neo basic)

i am using windows 7 starter, and i am using a bootable flash drive to install windows 7 ultimate

it runs smoth, i choose the proper language which is english then i click install

and then i am stuck on a loop "STARTING SETUP"

and its nearly goes 2hrs.
and then after that you will see "collecting information" and another error came "please insert proper dvd or driver"



please help me

Where did you get Win7 Ultimate? How is the disk burned?

You already own for the life of the PC a license for Starter version. There is a reason your PC is limited to Starter having to do most likely with hardware limitations. So for best performance my suggestion is to access Starter as provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then follow those steps to get and keep a perfect install.
