Welcome L11t to the windows 7 forums.

Windows 7 comes on a DVD. Are you sure that your samsung has a DVD drive?
Also, It looks like your laptop is not a US product.

More info would be helpful.

Also, press the space bar when it gets just past the bios screen to start from DVD.
And, are you sure that your Windows 7 disk is a MS product that is bootable and not
an upgrade which might not be bootable.?

Once again, Windows 7 does not come on a cd. Are you choosing to boot from dvd drive ?

Take it back and ask the seller to start the install for you.

Is the DVD in bootable condition, I know it came with the laptop, but still it could have been damaged?

Check the condition of the DVD (:

The CD/DVD drive could be faulty, the DVD may not be able to be read properly, and therefore is not giving you the option of install of the CD/DVD when you place the disc in.

My step-brother's PS2 CD/DVD used to break quite often, have you considered taking the laptop back to the seller, to see if the CD/DVD drive is working correctly?

Which version of Win7 did you buy, and do you want to install 32- or 64-bit?

If you have a Product Key that came with the disk then you can download the latest official Installer ISO and burn to DVD or write to flash stick from step 1 and 2 here: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Adapt the steps in the tutorial to get a perfect install.

I bought the Windows 7 ultimate 32bit edition,i will try that with the product key

Remember you're entitled to install either 32- or 64-bit with each license. You have the download link, along with the tool to write to flash stick if needed.
