windows 7 installation problem

Hi everyone, my friend gave me a laptop (Lenovo G530) which is really in bad condition it has windows 8 but after the boot process, when windows 8 logo appears computer get restarted.

I tried to install windows 7 through a bootable USB, It shows "setup copy windows files", but when windows 7 logo appears computer gets restarted. I tried everything, changed boot sequence, even tired both 64 bit , 32 bit windows but same problem.

Note that using a flash stick to try a UEFI install it requires Option 1 of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows . The stick must be booted as a UEFI device.

On some Lenovos after disabling Secure Boot in BIOS setup, you must reset to Legacy Defaults and not to Win8 defaults on the Exit tab (it may be elsewhere on your model). Then if isn't enough s try Legacy or CSM enabled, with UEFI Boot first.

If all else fails try Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7 which always works.
