Solved Windows 7 installed on z490E need working LAN driver

I got it installed on my Strix Z490-E Gaming MOBO with i7 10700K, I just need to figure out how to get LAN access. Any specific drivers I need? The one on the ASUS site says for Windows 10 only.

EDIT: I have tried a few installers and they either say OS Unsupported or No Intel Adapters detected in this PC. Surely I didn't get this far to totally fail

I'm sure it's probably against the rules, but I am willing to PayPal 10 dollars or more to someone whom is able to help me get some working LAN drivers for this build.

And yes my Windows copy is legit and so is my Key.

Its possible there arnt any as most are only writting them for 10 now. WE cant help unless you give us excat make model of network card. It may be simpler to get a usb wifi is you have wifi and use that

Some else directed me to that, but all it says is INF files and to search for "%Intel% = Intel, NTamd64.10.0...17763, NTamd64.10.0.1..17763" There are a ton of INF files and Idk which one to look at.

I also assume these are the drivers in question I need?

e2f68, although I am unsure if that's what allowed it to work or just me manually installing it via Device Manager.
