I got a new ssd. From the time I opened the box, installed it, disconnected the other 3 HDS, and installed Windows 7 Pro from USB was exactly 21 minutes. BTW, that also includes using Barefoot kids tutorial using diskpart to create an aligned partition and formatting the ssd before installing.

That should answer any questions.
