Well, Before W7, I was using XP, and all things with interner vere great, but now they are not.... When I play Counter Strike or WoW, or I just go to surf on the net with browser, every 8-10-15 minutes something happens and it all stops for 5-10 secunds. (Only Internet stops, not computer), That is big problem becouse I am a profesional gamer... I use ADSL internet ..... I dont have any wiruses or anything like that 100%.
and I use
realtek rtl8168b/8111b family pci-e gigabit ethernet nic (NDIS6.0)
driver..... I dont know what is a problem, so please help me! I need to fix it...

Try going to your motherboard manufacturer's website and make sure all of your motherboard drivers are up to date. It is often better to get these drivers from the motherboard manufacturer because they are usually more fine tuned to your exact motherboard specifications.
