Windows 7 internet problem with games

I'm with windows 7 ultimate and i have problems with internet or simply said with MMO games.So i can't play them.When i log in such a game ( let's say lord of the rings online or World of Warcraft ) it disconnects me after ten seconds sometimes 1 or 2 minutes and i can't play :mad: Here is a pic :

I'm no expert but i watched where it says sent and recieved and i have noticed that on every 10 seconds the numbers stop getting higher ( like it's stopping ) for a five-six seconds.

Check with your ISP about playing online games, that sounds like a bandwidth issue... if not, here are some potentially helpful hints.
