Windows 7 is Freezing/Hanging on installs/Slow

Hi i recently experience that my Windows 7 ultimate is infected with something. Making it programs not respond everytime you open new tab or you change tabs multitasking stuff.

I first experience this problem with Firefox it was having problem connecting to some sites that i know were up because my laptop on the same connection could connect to them.

Task i have done to try and fix:
Scanned with Malwarebytes: found nothing
Scanned with Superantispyware: found just tracking cookies
Scanned with trojan remover found a few and fixed them
Remove Avast antivirus and install nod32 and scanned because i though Avast was messing up the computer, but i wasn't. I am really out of answers and my nice option im considering is reformating, but until i do want to make sure that i have anymore options available to me.

Hope you can help i am very good with computer, I usally fix my friend, but i stuck on this problem..

I am running 64bit version of windows 7 ultimate

Just my opinion but after an infection it is always best to format and re-install that way you can be 100% sure there is nothing left on your PC, do you have other drives internal ? External ? If so scan these too trojan's have a way of getting into everything.

Yeah the reformating process is what i usually do when i get a bad infection which doesn't happen to often, but i was testing out a program called Sandboxie. I read that you can run a browser in the sandboxie and go to any infected site or install malware and it wont affect your system. Well it wasn't the case some how it infected my system and got out of the sandbox!
