Windows 7 is not Genuine message but it is!?

Just started getting this message today. PC is a Dell XPS 7100. Windows 7 sp1 home premium 64bit. Anti virus software Avast.
Why is it coming up with this message? The Pc was brought direct from Dell and has a license sticker on it. Hope someone can help.
