You will need to download the Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 and then use: eicfg_removal_utility.zip to make ALL editions available from the ISO, including Windows 7 Professional SP1. See the sections within the red boxes.

Just tried starting Repair Install to get to the point of choice of which version of Windows 7 to install, tried ISO from TechBench, tried ISOs I downloaded months ago. Get this message on all of them, including tried disconnecting from internet. Anyone else with this issue?

I just tried a Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 ISO that I downloaded back in December 2017 from TechBench. It appears to be OK!
It might have something to do with a MS update!
When was the last time you tried and it worked?

Yes I have a couple ISOs with ei.cfg text file manually removed and a couple that I ran ei.cfg removal utility. I tested TechBench WZT download ran removal utility, maybe two weeks ago and it advanced to the screen where you have all version choice. Tried same again and received error message I posted. Checked recent updates, mostly for Office 2010.
