Windows 7 keep restarting after Shut down

Hello everyone, my computers build with i7-6700k cpu, Gigabyte GA-Z170X-GAMING 5 MB, Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB ATA, Pioneer BD-RW BDR-209D, 32gb G Skill, Gigabyte Video card. I had successfully install the windows 7 ultimate 64bit. Everything run smooth during the boot up. However, once I shut down my computer. it's gonna restart by itself within few seconds. is there any solution for this problem. Thank you very much

Too many cooks can spoil the broth.
IOW, working on the same computer problem simultaneously in multiple venues can be inefficient and counter-productive.

It might be advisable to stay with your helper(s) at the other forum for the time being.
