I installed Windows Visual Studio express 2012 this morning on my Windows 7 machine, just to try something, and immediately while it was installing, my screen suddenly logged off and went back to the login screen, which I usually have set to automatically log in at startup. It continued to do that if I don't use the pc for more than a minute or so.

I have already uninstalled Visual Studio Express because I won't be needing it, but my pc continues to log out and return to the login screen whenever I walk away from the pc for more than a minute. I also tried a system restore which I made before i installed Visual Studio, and although the restore went fine, the same thing still happens.

What can I do to stop this behavior? This never happened until just this morning when I installed Visual Studio, so it must have done something. Why does my pc keep logging out with inactivity?

Never mind - I figured out what was happening. I forgot I also installed a screensaver before visual studio, and for some reason, the screensaver changed my screensaver settings to 1 minute, and "On resume, display logon screen". It had nothing to do with Visual Studio.
