Alright, so I've been having problems with Windows 7, mostly with the internet speed.

At first, it began with very slow download (10kps vs my usual 120+ KPS), slow webpage loading, and abosolutely no ability to play online.

I've looked up several fixes (Turnning off IPv6, Checksum, disabling some Windows Services, cleaning out my registry, ect, ect nos eternum.)

Now, it will download respectfully for some of the time. I get about the same speed, and I can actually play a little. Yet, I still get huge lag spikes while playing and from vent.

Is there anything anyone could suggest to me to fix this?

When did this start happening? Did you make any hardware/software changes and then notice a slowdown?

Did you "power down, power up" your router(s)? Check with your ISP about problems. Get the newest drivers for your network and video cards.

Ok whilst there could be serveral issue's as to why your pc is lagging in game mode, if your sure i's you and not your game provider, this is a good option, there are serveral but having used this software i can recommend it, .....good luck.Game Booster | Fast Game Accelerator | Free Accelerator

Update firmware for router

I gutted my old system to build a new one.

It started happening the moment Windows 7 was installed.

I don't use a router, my appt has a LAN based connection. Its never lagged like this before, and I've called the provider to make sure that it wasn't the network.

I've gotten the newest drivers for everything on my system.

I'd like you to do two things (for now - lol).

Look at your Device Manager and see if there are any yellow warnings. If so, get a screen capture and post it here.

Second, run the following program so I can see all drivers. Highlight all drivers in program, the save as CSV. Post here.
