Windows 7 libraries don't work in a file chooser dialog

Hello, to all.

Thank you for your very quick response in my past problems and I have now a new problem. On my windows 7 I'm having toruble choosing a file from the libraries. For example, If I need to open a file with Notepad++, the file chooser appears, but when I try to click on one of the libraries folder, it doesn't work.

As you can see, I clicked "Documentos" library, but It doesn't open nothing

Double click on e.g. Documents (as you show). That will show up the documents folder(s)/ As you can see in my example, I have 2 Documents libraries (one is on a different diak) and the system would not know which one to open. And as you can see in my example, after double click they both showed up.

No, the problem is when in choosing a file in a program, you can make any clicks you want and the library won't open. I also get this when opening a file:

But windows explorer give me this:

That loooks like a Notepad++ problem.

Edit: yes, there are more affected programs :xilisoft video converter

Hello, Two weeks looking, I have found that also Google Chrome, Adobe Reader, Mozilla Firefox also have the problem, apart from Notepad++ and Xilisoft Video Converter.

I don't think it's a program specific issue.
