windows 7 Logon Q!

So i installed windows 7 and my account doesent have password but id still like to see it on startup on logon screen?
This possible?
Cause i did it somehow on XP...

Hello Dinich, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Other than creating a password for your account to have a log on icon at startup, you can create another account to accomplish this without having to have a password. This way you will be presented with both accounts at log on to choose.

So one question... When will official Windows 7 release date is? Cause tested beta and i have windows 7 but it keeps telling that i have to validate or something everytime i enter notepad or paint or something...

If you have a TechNet or MSDN paid subscription, you can already download the retail Windows 7 to install. If not, then it will be on store shelves on October 22nd.

Windows 7 was made available to paid subscribers of MSDN and Technet on August 6th. General availability of Windows 7 to the public will begin on October 22.
