windows 7 lost all drivers

I am using windows 7 x64 and motherboard is asus x58. After I typed in netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled and restart, come back all driver are gone. All the drivers are bad the usb the network and audio all have yellow exclamation points on them. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

thanks for the reply. but i tried to uninstall drivers and reinstall it. no luck
