Windows 7 missing 3rd option

why the 3rd option of ''sending data to microsoft to fix the problem'' is missing?

nVidia are responsible for support of their hardware, not Microsoft,

MS does obtain basic driver software for nVidia devices and include them with windows, for the convenience of the users.

This has been true since the release of Windows 7 (I think they did some basic troubleshooting of the basic drivers), but of course now that Windows 7 is at end of Support / End of life. Microsoft are not offering any support except for companies who pay for it (companies have never had free support)

contact nVidia directly rather than Microsoft
they need to fix their software, not MS

Check the settings Problem Reports and Solutions - Change Problem Reporting Settings

Normally, the Administrator has to allow Users to send problem reports for Windows Crash Analysis.
