Windows 7 - Mouse Cursor Freeze!

Hello
my mouse cursor (the triangle thing) freezes for 1-2 seconds at completly random times
now , what determined me to not buy another one is this
after the freeze ends the Computer makes a sound like....like when you extract a .rar file and its done , that sound , and now i know its a virus or a malware , i just need to find it
anti virus cant detect it...!

PS:sometimes it freezes until the computer is restarted

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.

If MBam won't run in normal mode, try safe mode.

Looks good. Let's flush your DNS cache:
Open an elevated command prompt, right click to run as Administrator,
type or copy/paste ipconfig /flushdns press 'enter'

Next, let's restore MS's original Hosts file:
Download the HostsXpert 4.3 - Hosts File Manager.

• Unzip HostsXpert 4.3 - Hosts File Manager to a convenient folder such as C:\HostsXpert
• Click HostsXpert.exe to Run HostsXpert 4.3 - Hosts File Manager from its new home
• Click "Make Hosts Writable?" in the upper right corner (If available).
• Click Restore Microsoft's Hosts file and then click OK.
• Click the X to exit the program.
• Note: If you were using a custom Hosts file you will need to replace any of those entries yourself.

Download TFC by Old Timer TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums and save it to your desktop.

Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.

Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

TFC (Temp File Cleaner) will clear out all temp folders for all user accounts (temp, IE temp, java, FF, Opera, Chrome, Safari), including Administrator, All Users, LocalService, NetworkService, and any other accounts in the user folder. It also cleans out the %systemroot%\temp folder and checks for .tmp files in the %systemdrive% root folder, %systemroot%, and the system32 folder (both 32bit and 64bit on 64bit OSs). It shows the amount removed for each location found (in bytes) and the total removed (in MB). Before running, it will stop Explorer and all other running apps. When finished, if a reboot is required the user must reboot to finish clearing any in-use temp files.

i can't tell right away , you will have to wait 5 more hours or so for the feedback , im also using AWC(Advanced System Care) to tune and optimize the PC
