windows 7 network adaptor for toshiba L655D-13L

Hi, fresh instal of windows 7 has resulted in no operational internet even when a ethernet cable is attached.downloaded lots of drivers from Drivers - Toshiba and none seem to resolve the issue.can anyone advise on a fix ?would be most appreciated :-D

Fresh install? From disk or recovery partition?
You can download and run Driver Easy
download to internet access machine, install it, then copy installer to transfer media, install on non-internet access machine and run.
click Tools
click Offline Scan
