Windows 7 not genuine problem

Hello,

I have 2 computers with same problem. Computer is Dell 3020 SSF and it came with windows 7 pro english downgraded from windows 8. There was no language select on 1st start-up and i needed to re-install windows 7 with finnish language. After 1 month these 2 computers gives me activation error, or not genuine thingy. I ran the diagnostic on one of these machines and i hope it tells something for you. These computers dont have any serial stickers on them, so they are OEM type and the media i used to install finnish language windows 7, was OEM also. The only reason that i came up with would be that i need to use dell's installation media ?

What media did you use for the reinstall?
You MUST use the manufacturer's Recovery media for this operation, as inly that will have the proper licenses embedded for activation purposes together with the SLIC table in the machine's BIOS.
See if HP will provide Finnish Recovery media for you - you will probably have to pay for it, but if the two machines are the same model, you will only need one copy which you can use for both.
