windows 7 not genuine

Was starting windows 7 as usual but then it droped windows not genuine. After that it gave me MS link where i needed to instal add to check if windows 7 is genuine it passed the test after 4-5hours again it droped windows that its not genuine.
What could couse this problem?

Windows 7 proffesional 64bit .

First do not respond to s number that is given. Sometimes, it can be a phising attack.
Try to activate by phone. If a rep comes on give him the info
