windows 7 not starting normally after diagnostic startu

I ran a diagnostic startup in Windows 7 and now it will only startup in diagnostic mode. The normal startup and msconfig won't work. I can't check all the startup programs. Every time I hit apply, they'll uncheck themselves. It looks like safe mode from old Windows versions (without networking or command prompt). Help please?!

What did you disable in msconfig? Tick normal startup, apply, and then reboot.

What was the reason for running the Start Up Diags?
