After reboot, if I select any windows object and right-click to pull up the object selection box, once the box goes away the selected entry remains behind and is in foreground mode, so it overlays all over programs. Clicking on it will not get rid of it.
Example: bring up windows explorer, select hard drive, right-click hard drive, select properties: The line saying "properties" with the full width of the original display box is shown on the screen after the rest of the selection box is gone. After the invoked program is gone, it still is there. Now I can bring up any program and the line with "properties" displays over the new program blocking whatever is in the background.
Once done, this does not happen again and the artifact remains where it first appeared, even if you use the same method and same objects as before. However, there are no additional artifacts.
Any ideas?
