Windows 7 opening multiple pages...

Hi there everyone.
Need some clues/help: my Laptop (windows 7 Ultimate) started, few weeks ago, opening multiple pages of some programs, specially those that use Internet connection. For exemple, Outlook 2010 when I open it, it starts opening the first e-mail on the Inbox... even if i close it, it keeps opening. After few 'esc' key strokes it stops but not for long, it starts opening again and again.
My VOIPRaider too... when I'm on a call, sometimes it dials again the same number on top of the one in use...
I have Windows 7 Manager, Reg Organiser and TuneUp Utilities and used them to try repair the problem, so far, no luck.
Can anyone help? Anyone with the same problem?
