Solved windows 7 OS installed twice

Hi all.

I installed Windows 7 from a CD
this mistake which I did was, after the initial blue screen appeared, just after inserting the Cd, since I did not get a prompt for entering my Country language and currency options, which were shown in the tutorials, I did not realize it would take a long time and I re started the system and booted from the Cd again. But by the second time, I knew that i had to wait for a while and sucessfully installed the OS

but the prob is, everytime I Boot the system, it asks for which OS to start and gives me 2 options, WIndows 7 and windows 7. I guess it's because I tried booting from the cd even after installing the files.

SO i guess Windows 7 has been installed twice in my system

Can anyone please help me out with how to uninstall the earlier windows 7?
