Hi, I have a new system (1 week old). I am 100% certain that I know the password and that it was not changed. However, the system is rejecting the password.

I had switched to a new keyboard shortly before this happened. I have switched back to the old keyboard with no success.

I do NOT have a password reset disk or a boot disk.

I have another windows 7 system that I can use to make whatever I need to recover.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I'm good now.

I rebooted into safe mode and for some reason, my password worked in safe mode.
I created a password recovery disk while in safe mode.
Rebooted normally and used the password recovery disk.

Thanks!

I did not have another account by the way.
