Windows 7 PC dying

So, basically my 64bit Windows 7 PC is starting to die.

It all began with BSOD's related to Kernal_Data_Inpage_Error, referencing ntfs.sys.
That only happened when I overloaded it so I figured it was due to overheating or something.

Then I installed an application called Secunia PSI to try iron out the kinks.
Then this morning I discover that it took the liberty of running windows updates and I was stuck with a new BSOD called process1_initialization_failed. After reading up on some forums that it could be linked to a file called bootcat.cache and deleting it was the best option. I booted into linux and deleted that file and I managed to get into Windows but when I turned my back discovered that the PC had restarted itself so obviously a BSOD had returned.

I don't know what to do or where to turn.

any ideas what might be causing it?
I've attached the Window Minidump file from the most recent BSOD.
Let me know what information you need from me and I'll gladly provide.

I tried Using the SF Diagnostic but it just give me an error:

• Use Crystal Disk Info to upload a screenshot of your Hard Drives (s).
  • Then test your Hard Drives (s) running a Hard Drive Diag.
  • • System File Checker
      • The SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible. If you have modified your system files as in theming explorer/system files, running sfc /scannow will revert the system files to it's default state.

  • Run Disk Check in Windows 7
    • Run this on your Hard Drive(s). This will show you how to run Check Disk or chkdsk in Windows 7 to check a selected hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it. I ran the Samsung (Now Seagate) DOS diagnostics and everything came up clean.

Ran the AV scan. Turns out I had several infections, all cleared now.

If you had several infections, you might want to start over with a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html. Especially if you have multiple issues with your PC. Which it seems like you do...
