Windows 7 pc Startup repair failed

Windows 7 pc Startup repair failed. Was saying bad driver last I checked it was saying bad patch. Also before I could see a flash of a BSOD but now I don't even see it anymore...

I've tried safe mode - failed
Startup repair from Windows 10 disk failed
Boot from last know good boot failed.
Load system restore failed doesn't find any (idk how it doesn't..)

So my question is what else can I do? Also the windows 10 I have on the USB has a reset this pc option (that allows me to keep my data) I'm wondering if I use that on my windows 7 pc will there be any issues?

Please explain why you are using a Windows 10 disc to repair your Windows 7? I mean obviously you would have to use a W7 repair disc to repair it..

Idk where my windows 7 disc is.. So I just kinda thought maybe that would work. And I don't have another windows 7 pc I can make a disc from
