Windows 7 pro 32bit boot loop after bios no "starting windows"

hi anyone who can help me.
my pc boot loops after bios when its meant 2 show starting windows shows a black screen pauses for a few seconds and the loops repeats all over again.
iv tried everything such as rebuilding the bcd using my recovery console on my usb.
can anyone tell me any cmd commands to fix this nuisance.
i dont wanna reinstall as i have all my data also dont want to take out cmos battery as my pc came overclocked
pc is multiboot with win 7 32 bit and win 8.1 32 bit x2

Hello and welcome manazoid now sounds to me it is looking for a boot device - obviously and I am wondering if you should try a start up repair http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html if you haven't got a repair disk or an installation disk then you can get an ISO for your version from several types of link in this tutorial

iv got recovery console

when i bought the pc it was overclocked
i looked in bios at start of boot it waz 40 celsius, waited for 5 mins temp gradually started 2 increase to 95celsius and when it reached 95 pc SHUT DOWN.
