Torrent sites are notorious for spreading illegal software and software that contains malware. It is not legal to distribute a Windows ISO without an agreement with Microsoft that explicitly permits this, as is the case with Digital River. It would be impractical for Digital River to include such updates in these ISOs.
If you want such an ISO you will have to make it yourself.
