I seen both of these, I was wondering what the difference is between them, if anyone can list any specs or features that differ between the two it would be much appreciated.

I have access to both but atm I run (x64) version it works fine, but I would install the (x86) if it was better in terms of features etc.

Anyone got any information let me know.

Thanks BazzaH23

They are the same except the x64 version runs both x64 and x86 applications. The x86 version only runs x86 applications. x86 == 32bit, x64 == 64bit.

In W7 64 I havn`t sound in YouTube, but in W7 32 bit all is OK. Why?
My PC:

Sound is from MB X58M High Definition Audio Device and works in all programms and in different format video files, but not work in YouTube video...

Thanks, And solution to 'sigbart'

First of all, Thanks very much BazzaH23. I'm a Computer Science student and didn't know the difference! :huh: Just needed a simple description. Thanks.

Second, sigbart, I think I understand you're problem. If you are using Internet Explorer, which I assume you are, make sure you select 'Internet Explorer' and not 'Internet Explorer 64-bit'. This is because Flash is not supported in 64-bit, and therefore YouTube videos will not work.

Either make sure not to open the 64-bit version, or change to a different browser, which I would strongly recommend anyway! I personally use Google Chrome, but Mozilla Firefox is an equally good alternate.

Hopefully this helps. Luke (ncfc92) :cool:
